Vancouver, British Columbia / September 11, 2018
– Harvest Gold Corporation (TSX.V: HVG)
(the “Company”) is pleased to announce
that its Joint Venture partner and Operator Evrim Resources’ (TSX.V:EVM)
advance team arrived yesterday in Morelos, Mexico to begin preparations for
the Cerro Cascaron drill program.
The Evrim team is now setting up camp and will be preparing the Cerro Cascaron drill sites in advance of the
initial drill program, which is designed for up to 3000 meters across two
main areas, the Cascaron gold field and the Cascarita silver targets. The
team reports that the wet season was fairly heavy and the water in the
river and surrounding area still needs to recede to facilitate moving the
drills easily.
Evrim will finalize the drill contractor shortly and all is on track to
commence drilling at, or about, the end of September 2018.
Harvest Gold President and CEO Rick Mark states: “It is tremendously
exciting to know that we are finally underway at Cerro Cascaron. This very
tough market for junior gold and silver explorers has made us wait longer
that we had hoped, but the Evrim advance Geological team is now on the
ground and drill sites are being prepared. I remind you this large and
prospective property has never been drilled. Thanks to all of our
shareholders for your patience.”
