Mr. Rick Mark, BA(Ed), M.Ed (Admin), President, CEO and Chair, Director Mr. Mark has over 30 years’ experience in the public market place. He has held leadership positions in various organizations over the last 40 years. During his tenure in the public company space, he has taken responsibility for securing financings, developing short and long term corporate goals, building cost-effective property development plans, creating effective communication platforms and overseeing regulatory functions. Mr. Mark has led efforts to raise over $85M in the last fifteen years and was formerly the CEO and Chair of VMS Ventures and North American Nickel.
Mr. Pat Donnelly, B.Sc (Geology), MBA, Independent Director Mr. Donnelly is currently the Vice-President of Capital Markets for Tudor Gold Corp. Pat was formerly the President and CEO of Serra Metals Corp. and formerly Vice President of Corporate Communications and Development for Trilogy Metals Inc. Mr. Donnelly was also a co-founder and President of First Mining Gold. He was instrumental in negotiating and completing eight M&A transactions and played a key role in building First Mining from a market capitalization of CDN$30 million to CDN$600 million. Mr. Donnelly has a broad range of experience in mineral exploration, capital markets, corporate development and investor relations. He began his career as a project geologist 25 years ago exploring for precious and base metals and diamonds in western and northern Canada. Mr. Donnelly holds a B.Sc. in Geology (Honors) from the University of British Columbia and a Masters of Business Administration from the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto.
Dr. Len Brownlie, P.h.D. , Independent Director Over 30 years of experience in management of gold and silver mining and exploration companies. Former President and CEO of Africa focused Goldrush Resources Ltd. (merged with First Mining Gold Corp. in 2016) and a Director and Secretary of Mexican silver producer First Silver Reserve Inc. (merged with First Majestic Silver Corp. in 2006)
Mr. Ed Zablotny, Independent Director Mr. Zablotny has worked in the securities business in Vancouver for over 35 years with both national and local firms. His experience includes, trading, credit and compliance work as a fully licensed professional. He provides Harvest Gold an important perspective on operating and growing a Public Company.
Mr. Christopher Cherry, CA, CGA, CFO and Director Mr. Christopher Cherry has over 15 years of corporate accounting and audit experience. Mr. Cherry has extensive corporate experience and has held senior level positions for several public mining companies including Director, Chief Financial Officer, and Secretary. Mr. Cherry has been a Chartered Accountant since February 2009 and a Certified General Accountant since 2004. He held positions with KPMG and Davidson and Co. LLP in Vancouver, where he gained experience as an auditor for junior public companies and as an IPO specialist.
