Mr. Rick Mark, BA(Ed), M.Ed (Admin)  CEO and Chairman

Mr. Mark has over 18 years experience in the public market place. His leadership positions in various organizations over the last 30 years provides the company with experience in developing short and long term corporate goals, securing financings, building cost-effective property development plans, creating effective communication platforms and managing regulatory functions.

Mr. John A. Roozendaal, B.Sc. Geology   President and Director

Mr. Roozendaal has been involved with the mineral exploration industry for over 15 years focusing on precious, base and specialty metal exploration projects in North America. Mr. Roozendaal remains in the planning and execution of the Companies field activities in addition to the day to day affairs of the Company. Mr. Roozendaal has experience with various aspects of corporate governance through his involvement with private, public and governmental boards of directors.

Dr. George H. Gale, BA(Ed) B.Sc., M.Sc, PhD   Vice President of Exploration and Director

Dr. Gale has been involved in the field of Geology for over 40 years, focused on mineral deposits and exploration techniques. Dr. Gale was the head of the Manitoba Geological Survey since 1977. Dr. Gale plays an integral role in the planning and execution of the Company's overall exploration strategies.

Greg Hill, M.Sc.    Vice President Harvest Gold USA

Mr. Hill’s exploration experience includes completing regional geochemical surveys for the USGS; geologic modeling for Barrick Goldstrike Mines at the Meikle mine; and three years as a project geologist for Santa Fe Pacific Gold Corp where he worked on various gold properties, including Twin Creeks, Trenton Canyon, Valmy mines, and Battle Mountain exploration projects. Mr. Hill has also conducted generative exploration in Northern Nevada for Cambior and spent eight years consulting for exploration and development projects, in North and South America, Australia, Africa, and Europe. Much of his experience has been focused on orientation soil surveys at covered gold and base metals deposits in Nevada and elsewhere.

Mr. Evan Sleeman    CFO and Director

Mr. Sleeman has been involved in the mineral exploration industry for 34 years. During his career Mr. Sleeman has held the position of President and Founder of a number of public companies including Arizona Star Resources Corp. Mr. Sleeman has extensive experience in field exploration, property negotiation and corporate governance.

Dr. Michael Hitch, BSc., M.Sc., P. Geology, PhD    Director

Dr. Hitch has had a 19 year career in the mining industry, including senior level positions with mining and development companies including Teck Cominco Ltd., Echo Bay Mines Inc., AngloGold Ltd. and Ivanhoe Mines Ltd.  Dr. Hitch also has extensive experience in financing junior exploration enterprises through his work as a mining analyst and corporate finance professional with Toronto based investment dealers. 

Mr. Jay Butterworth    Director

Mr. Butterworth has extensive experience in mineral exploration and property acquisition in the Western United States and Canada and has been involved with public companies for over 30 years.

Mr. Keith Patey    Director of Communications

Mr. Patey has worked in the corporate communications industry for the past 18 years and has prepared and managed media relationship programs for a variety of companies and corporate entities.

Keith has prepared and presented to corporate finance professionals, analysts, brokers and has built strong relationships in the investment community.
