Mr. John A. Roozendaal, B.Sc., Geology

Mr. Roozendaal is a founder
of the Company and works closely with our project geologists on each of our
field programs. Mr. Roozendaal has experience exploring for a
variety of precious, base and specialty metal deposits. Of particular
significance was his experience discovering high-grade shear-hosted gold in the
Yellowknife camp NWT Canada. |

Dr. George H. Gale, BA(Ed) B.Sc., M.Sc., PhD
Vice President & Director,

Dr. George H. Gale joined the
Company’s exploration team as Vice President of Exploration in Jan, 2005. He has over 40
years of experience in the field of geology, focused on mineral deposits and
exploration techniques. In 1977, Dr. Gale was appointed head of the Mineral
Deposits Section at the Manitoba Geological Survey. Dr. Gale will lead the
company's exploration committee to determine strategies and activities for each
of the company's projects. His extensive knowledge of the geology of Manitoba
provides the company a significant advantage on its Manitoba properties. |

Richard R. Kern, B.Sc., M.Sc., Geology

Mine Project
Dick
Kern is a management level senior geologist. His career includes 25 years
experience in base and precious metal exploration in the U.S., Central America,
South America and Australia. Exploration methods used involve a mixing of
practical field geology, geochemistry and drilling with state of the art GIS,
geochemical and geophysical methods. A strong computer background including GIS, database,
word processing, imaging, drafting and Internet applications has aided a career
that includes both geology and technology positions. Emphasis on risk analysis
and proper due diligence has brought success in both the financing and mineral
exploration industry.

Greg Hill, M.Sc.
Garcia Flats and
Longstreet
Mr. Hill’s exploration experience includes
completing regional geochemical surveys for the USGS; geologic modeling for
Barrick Goldstrike Mines at the Meikle mine; and three years as a project
geologist for Santa Fe Pacific Gold Corp where he worked on various gold
properties, including Twin Creeks, Trenton Canyon, Valmy mines, and Battle
Mountain exploration projects. Mr. Hill has also conducted generative
exploration in Northern Nevada for Cambior and spent eight years consulting for
exploration and development projects, in North and South America, Australia,
Africa, and Europe. Much of his experience has been focused on orientation soil
surveys at covered gold and base metals deposits in Nevada and elsewhere. |

Jan E.
Christoffersen BA, B.Sc., Geologic Science

Jan E. Christoffersen received his B.A. Sc. in
Geological Engineering from the University of Toronto in 1968 and MBA from the
University of British Columbia in 1988. He is a member of the Association of
Professional Engineers of the Province of British Columbia. He has spent his
entire career in the mineral exploration business, initially with Amax
Exploration, Inc. to 1985, in a variety of exploration and managerial positions
on the domestic and international scene. Since 1988, he has been associated with
a number of Vancouver-based junior companies involved in base and precious metal
exploration projects in Canada, United States and Mexico. Jan is currently
working as VP of Exploration with Canadian Gold hunter, REM's partner on the
Assean Lake project.
