Harvest Gold Extends Expiry Date for Warrants

Harvest Gold Corporation (HVG –
TSX.V) April 29, 2008 (the “Company”) announces it has extended the expiration
date for 800,000 warrants due to expire April 30, 2008 to October 30, 2008.
These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement completed in April
2007 of 2,000,000 units at a price of $015 per unit. Each unit consisted of one
common share and one half of one share purchase warrant. 200,000 of these
warrants were previously exercised.
Harvest Gold Corporation is a
mineral exploration company working in Nevada, USA and Manitoba, Canada. In
Nevada, the Company is exploring the 100% optioned Rosebud Mine property, a
large generative gold property at Garcia Flats in the South Carlin Trend and an
advanced property with a gold-silver resource at the Longstreet Mine, in
Northern Nye County. In Manitoba, Harvest is exploring three groups of claims in
the Rice Lake Gold Belt of south eastern Manitoba and at Assean Lake, Manitoba.
