Harvest Retains First Canadian Capital Corp. as Investor Relations Consultant

Harvest Gold Corporation (HVG – TSX.V) May 28, 2007 (the
“Company”) or (“Harvest Gold”) is pleased to announce that it has engaged First
Canadian Capital Corp. (“FCCC”) as its investor relations consultant. (www.firstcanadiancapital.com)
FCCC has been providing investor relations services for more
than a decade and over those years have developed and maintained thousands of
strong relationships with stockbrokers, private investors, analysts, fund
managers, letter writers and media contacts. FCCC specializes in corporate
communications, investor relations and developing investment community
sponsorship for growth oriented public companies. FCCC will concentrate on
introducing Harvest Gold to its network of brokers, analysts and money managers,
institutional investors and investment bankers.
FCCC has been engaged for a term of one year at a rate of
$5,000 per month. The Company has also granted to FCCC, subject to TSX.V
acceptance, incentive stock options to purchase up to 200,000 common shares in
the capital of the Company at an exercise price of $0.22 for a five year
period. The options will vest in accordance with the policies of the TSX.V
FCCC does not have any direct or indirect interest in Harvest
Gold.
