Harvest Gold Appoints John Lee to
Advisory Board

April 20, 2006 (the “Company”) is pleased to announce the appointment of John
Lee to its Advisory Board.
John Lee is the general partner of
Golden Omega Fund LP a Delaware incorporated hedge fund that specializes in
junior mining investments. Mr. Lee’s insights into the junior mining industry
are well known as he is a regular speaker at the Cambridge House Investment
Conferences. His written analyses and articles are frequently posted on precious
metals investment websites and on his own site

Mr. Lee is a Chartered Financial
Analyst. He earned bachelor’s degrees in economics and electrical engineering
from Rice University. He currently spends time between Taiwan and North America.
