Harvest Gold Announces Director and Management Changes

Vancouver, B.C., September 12, 2014 - Harvest Gold Corporation (TSX.V: HVG) (“Harvest Gold” or the “Company”) today announces the resignations of Evan Sleeman and Jay Butterworth as members of the Board of Directors, and the resignation of Cheryl Messier as CFO and Neil Richardson as COO and director.

Further, the Company has appointed Jan Urata as its new Corporate Secretary. Ms. Urata brings over 20 years experience in Public Company corporate finance and securities related matters including her years as a paralegal at McMillan.

Harvest Gold’s new head office is Suite 804 – 750 West Pender Street, Vancouver, B.C. Rick Mark, John Roozendaal and Robert Cuffney continue as Directors of the Company. CEO Rick Mark will also serve as interim CFO until a replacement is found.

Harvest Gold Corporation is a mineral exploration company working in Nevada, USA and Manitoba, Canada. In Nevada, the Company is exploring the 100% optioned Rosebud Mine property. It also owns 40% of the Assean Lake claims in Manitoba.
