Mr. Rick Mark, BA(Ed), M.Ed (Admin), CEO and Chairman, Director

Rick has over 22 years experience in the public market place. His leadership positions in various organizations over the last 35 years provides the company with experience in developing short and long term corporate goals, securing financings, building cost-effective property development plans, creating effective communication platforms and managing regulatory functions. Rick is also the CEO and Chair of VMS Ventures Inc.(VMS-TSX.V) and North American Nickel Inc. (WSCRF:OTCBB); and the President and CEO of Pancontinental Uranium Corp. (PUC-TSX.V).

Mr. John A. Roozendaal, B.Sc. Geology, President and Director

John is a founding director of the company and is active in the boardroom and on our numerous field projects. John works closely with our project geologists and senior management on the day to day operations of the Company. John is primarily responsible for the Company's Manitoba exploration activities. He has 15 years of field experience exploring for base, precious and specialty metals. John is also the President of VMS Ventures Inc.

Mr. Robert Cuffney, B.Sc., M.Sc, Director

Mr. Cuffney is an exploration geologist with more than 30 years of diverse experience in exploration and development of precious metals, base metals, coal and uranium deposits in North America and Asia. He brings an in-depth knowledge of epithermal gold deposits of Nevada, based on more than 20 years working in the region for a variety of major and junior companies including Newmont Mining, Exxon Minerals, and White Knight Resources.

Mr. Evan Sleeman, Director

Evan has been in the exploration business for more than forty two years. He was one of the founders of a number of mining companies, including Arizona Star, Nevada Star (now Pure Nickel) and Bronson Mines (now Goliath Gold). He spent many years in the field prospecting, performing geophysics and various types of soil sampling while working for both major and junior companies including Phelps Dodge, Serimin and Teck Corp. He and Jay Butterworth acquired and sold numerous mining properties including the Hycroft Mine, now owned by Allied Nevada.

Mr. Jay Butterworth, Director

Jay has had extensive experience in mineral exploration and property acquisition in the western United States and Canada, and has been involved with public companies as an officer or director for over 35 years. He assisted Hycroft Mining Co. with acquiring the sulfur gold property in Pershing County, Nevada, which became a long time producer. Jay also asssisted Nevada Star Resources with acquisition of the Gold Hill Property in Nye County Nevada, now owned by Round Mountain Gold Corp. with reserves reported to be three million ounces plus.

Ms. Cheryl Messier, CGA, CFO

Cheryl has over fifteen years of experience in finance working as CFO or controller in various public companies over the last five years. During this time she has been involved with mergers, acquisitions, consolidated system implementations, investment committees and has had all round involvement in maintaining and strengthening internal controls. Cheryl possesses strong cash management experience having gained extensive experience working in the offshore sector. She has completed her 4th level CGA program and will be responsible for maintaining and strengthening internal controls and financial reporting for Harvest Gold Corporation. Cheryl is also the CFO of VMS Ventures Inc. (VMS:TSX.V), and the Controller of North American Nickel Inc. (OTCBB:WSCRF)

Dr. Mark Fedikow, HBSc., M.Sc., Ph.D., P.Eng., P.Geo., C.P.G., Advisory Board Member

Mark has 33 years of industry and government experience as an exploration geochemist and mineral deposits geologist. He has worked for major and junior mining exploration companies and the Manitoba Geological Survey completing his employment at the Survey as Chief Geologist of the Mineral Deposits Section. In 2001 Mark was the recipient of the Provincial Geologists Medal, a Canadian national award for outstanding geoscientific achievement. He has successfully applied partial and selective extraction geochemical technologies including the Mobile Metal Ions Process (MMI) in exploration programs for lode and placer gold, base metal massive sulphides, platinum group metals, magmatic nickel-copper, porphyry copper deposits and kimberlite / carbonatite in a variety of geological settings and overburden environments.
